The valuer notes, records and analyses the results of such interactions and attempts to apply them to the facts and circumstances of the properties / assets in respect of which the market forces parameters have to be gathered and processed.
WHAT CAN BE VALUED? Valuation can be carried out not only in respect of landed properties but also in respect of other fixed assets such as items of Plant and Machinery, Furniture, Fittings and Equipment, Motor Vehicles and other chattels.

An Auction is a process of selling goods or services by offering them up for bid, taking bids and the selling the item to the highest bidder in a typical Dutch Auction.
