Polycarp is a seasoned real estate practitioner, a Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, professional member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and also registered with the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. He is a Distinguished Follow of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. He is also a Doctoral Fellow of the International Certified Risk Management Professionals United Kingdom. He graduated from Estate Management from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus and began his career with Nweke Umezuruike & Co. (a firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and later joined Diya Fatimilehin & Co. (another firm of Estate Surveyors & Valuers) where he was a key member of their Valuation Team. He thereafter joined Intercontinental Bank Plc. (now Access Bank Plc.) where he anchored the opening of several branches around the country from site acquisition, construction and furnishing. He also functioned as a reputable Recovery Manager, Relationship Manager and Facilities Manager within the banking industry before he set up a firm of PC Manny & Co.
